Cancellation and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation:

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed, provided that the order has not yet been dispatched or shipped. Cancellation requests made within this time frame will be processed accordingly. However, once the order has been shipped or dispatched from our facility, it can no longer be cancelled, and cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Refunds and Returns:

Refunds are accepted only in situations where you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you experience any of these issues, you must report the problem within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and provide valid proof, such as clear photos or videos, to help us verify the claim. Once the issue has been reviewed, verified, and approved by our team, a refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days through PayPal or Bank Transfer. For hygiene and authenticity reasons, attars and perfumes that have been opened or used are not eligible for return or refund.

International Orders:

For international orders, refunds are applicable only in cases where an incorrect or damaged item has been received. Please note that shipping charges, customs duties, and any import taxes paid during the delivery process are non-refundable.
